　The lacquered ware by Kuroeya is one such genuine article. It lets me know that aesthetics and value of tools won ﾕt emerge unless we use the tools as they are, no matter how excellent they might be. The more excellent, the more carefully we handle them, which leads to fostering a mind that will cherish them.

　And let me say in passing that you will find Giboshi, an ornamental cap on a bridge post, of Nihonbashi Bridge when it used to be a wooden one, in the display at the entrance of the Kuroeya Building. Never forget to visit and feel the spirit of Nihonbashi.

　Foods should be carefully checked out in terms of genuineness. If you can choose foods that are really suitable for you, such as Hanpen (fish cake made of fish paste and yam) by Kanmo, Green tea by Yamamotoyama and Tsukudani by Nihonbashi Funasa or Kaishin, you must be more beautiful.
