■The vestige of Nihonbashi Uogashi
'Uogashi,' a fish market was in Nihonbashi after the Great Earthquake in Kanto area till it was replaced in Tsukiji.
The Nihonbashi-Bridge, The Traffic Origin of National Roads
Nihonbashi-Bridge, the traffic origin of the seven national roads, was built for 400 years ago. There is a sign of 'Tokyo-shi Doro-Genpyo,' and the duplicate of 'Nihon-koku Doro-Genpyo' on the northwest side of the bridge.

■Trattoria Italia
This is 'Trattoria Italia,' one of the biggest Italian Restaurants in Nihonbashi. The restaurant is filled with office workers during the lunch hours. This is the most popular lunch menu at the restaurant, 'Italian lunch plate.'
'Hello, everyone. We prepare delicious Italian dishes and a large selection of wines. Please, visit us and enjoy our meals,' says the staff.

■Yamamotonori-ten・La mer
This is an old standing seaweed store, Yamamotonori-ten with its 154-year history. This is their popular product, 'Umeno-hana,' including seasoned lavers that they first invented.
This is 'La mer,' a cafe that is located next to Yamamotonori-ten. This is the popular set menu of 'Nori toast,' a toast with freshly roasted seaweed on the top.
'We roast seaweed everyday. We try to satisfy our customersユ requests, so please, do not hesitate to ask any questions. We are looking forward to serving you,' says the staff.

■The Memory of Anjin Miura
This is 'Anjin-dori Street,' named after Anjin Miura. William Adams was the first British navigator who came over to Japan. He gained a Japanese name, Anjin Miura, and lived here.

■Kanmo
This is 'Kanmo,' a long-established Hanppen store for 315 years. This is their Hanppen, minced and steamed shark meat.
'We suggest Hanppen made from sharks, Ao-zame and Yoshikiri-zame, following our family recipe,' says the staff.

■Nihonbashi Funasa
Right across from Kanmo, there is a Tsukudani store, Nihonbashi Funasa, opened for 140 years. These are the suggested Tsukudani of young sardines and burdock roots.
'After 30 to 50 years of working on the recipe, we have finally achieved making this Tsukudani of young sardines. Please, try our Tsukudani with a bowl of warm rice,' says the owner.

■Ibasen
This is 'Ibasen,' which have been in business for 413 years. It was known as the publisher of Ukiyoe. They provide fans and other products made of Japanese papers.
'This fan has been popular since last year. The patterns and colors are just as they were in Edo Period. This fan is made with the arranged patterns of gold fish from Edo Period. This is also a very popular fan,' says the owner.

■Nihonbashi Kaishin
This is 'Nihonbashi Kaishin,' a well-established Tsukudani store with its 400-year history. This is 'Shigure Hamaguri,' which was made with soybean paste. This is a set of various kinds of Tsukudani.
'Weユve been providing handmade Tsukudani for 400 years. We are looking forward to serving you,' says the staff.

■Ninben
This is the historical social club, Nihonbashi Club. Across from the building, there is an old standing bonito flake store, 'Ninben.' Ninben has been in business for more than 300 years. They provide high quality bonito flakes, various seasonings for rice, and other original products. They are the bonito flakes that were shaved by their originally developed machine.
'We tightly seal these bonito flakes by 100 grams that is 'Hongare bonito flakes' and sell them for 640 yen. Please, try our bonito flakes,' says the staff.

■Senbiki-ya Sohonten・DE-METER
This is 'Senbiki-ya Sohonten,' that has sold high quality fruits for about 170 years.
This is 'DE-METER,' where they serve fusion cuisine of French and Italian. This is the B course for lunch that is popular among female customers.

■The Vestige of Nagasaki-ya
There used to be 'Nagasaki-ya,' an inn where the trading director of Holland stayed when he visited Edo, after the completion of national isolation in 1641. Toki-no-Kane-dori Street
This is 'Toki-no-Kane-dori Street.' There is a bell tower closed to 'Tenmo,' a long standing tempra restaurant. You may find the atmosphere of the street different from the main street. After passing 'Hotel Kazusaya,' which has been in business for 110 years, you will find 'Jisshi Park.' The bell that was created in Hoei Era, which was the early 18th century, is placed in the park.

■The Vestige of Jukkendana
This area is called 'Jukkendana,' which means 'ten stores.' There used to be ten stores of Japanese dolls in this area in Edo Period.

■Mitsui Main Building
This is Mitsui Main Building with its dignified exterior appearances with the Corinthian pillars. It was built in 1929.

■The Main Building of Bank of Japan, Head Office
The Main Building of Bank of Japan, Head Office is the oldest stone architecture in Chuo-ku, built in 1896.

■Currency Museum, The Bank of Japan
Across from the main building of Bank of Japan, Head Bank, there is Currency Museum, The Bank of Japan. They show videos on the history and other information of currencies here. In this museum, they have about 200,000 collections. About 4000 currencies are put on display at any time, easily explained by the history with maps, pictures, and charts. Most of the showpieces are actual currencies.

■Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Department Store
This is the first department store in Japan, 'Mitsukoshi Main Department Store.' A pair of male lions is placed at the main entrance. The lions are the popular tourist attraction in Tokyo, which are also well known for meeting spot. This is 'Magokoro-zo,' a statue of angel, placed in the central hall. It is made of marble stone that includes scholarly precious fossils. They hold 'Evening with wines' at the lion entrance on the first floor on every Friday. They serve wines to customers for free.

■The Night View
When it turns darker and darker, you may enjoy the night view of Nihonbashi as Mitsukoshi Main Department Store, Mitsui Main Building, and other buildings are lit up.
