Nihonbashi-bijin Lunch

Hotel Kazusaya, founded in 1981, is an old, established hotel marking its 115th anniversary, and the kind hospitality that has been consistent since its foundation is the appeal of this hotel.

At the South European-style restaurant Auberge de Nirene, accessible in the hotel, the Nihonbashi-bijin Lunch menus, which maintain the internal condition of the body and support inner beauty, are developed and offered each season.

Among the colorful lunch menus, grilled pork with cheese is rich in vitamin B and is effective for relieving fatigue. Salmon with cream sauce contains vitamin D and uses milk and cream to enhance the absorption of calcium. Burdock salad is rich in dietary fiber to maintain the intestinal condition, which is helpful for women’s health. Four types of marinated mushrooms are rich in vitamin B2 and low in calories, so they lighten the body and mind. In addition, with soup, salad, baguette, and dessert, the Nihonbashi-bijin Lunch is priced at only ¥945. Thus it satisfies women who want to enjoy a variety of delicious and healthy menus a little at a time.

For dinner, course menus offer several selections of appetizers. In addition, wine, sake and Japanese spirits are also offered. Auberge de Nirene is a sheltered spot suitable for intimate friends.

Near Tokinokane-Dori street, Tokinokane, the bell tower built by the government of Edo, and Nagasakiya, the regular hotel for the Dutch attending the Shogun at Edo, were located. The famous haiku poet Buson Yosano and Kuranosuke Oishi, who is famous for Chushingura, the fictional account of the story of revenge, are said to have walked along this street.

Auberge means an inn where meals are available. If you stay at the Hotel Kazusaya, enjoy the Nihonbashi-bijin Lunch and take a walk in Nihonbashi tracing the history. Your level as a Japan Beauty from Edo-Tokyo, i.e. Nihonbashi-bijin, will rise further.

A leaflet explaining the history around the hotel is presented for those who want it.
